Well, it looks like the wintertime blues have set in by now and the snow is beginning to pile up. The last thing many of us want to think about, while bundled up on the couch, is a healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition and exercise.
Let’s first take on the issue of nutrition. I definitely know that in trying to avoid the cold weather, many of us sit inside and snack vigorously on whatever is in our home. This usually ends up being chips, candy, ice cream and other undesirables which in small amounts aren’t that bad, but when we graze on them all day, can be a problem.
